Sean
Dagony-Clark
Co-Founder
Sean has extensive expertise in non-profit and for-profit education, management, and leadership. He specializes in crafting exceptional learning experiences and productive working environments from classrooms to board rooms.
Sean started his educational career at Riverdale Country School, a nationally-renowned private school in the Bronx, NY. In his 14 years at Riverdale he became its Director of Academic Technology and Chair of Computer Science; built the school’s first long-term continuing education program for teachers; implemented the school’s first emergency contact system; and rebuilt and reinvigorated its Computer Science curriculum (increasing enrollment by 800%).
Sean followed this with leadership roles in two nationally-ranked adult career-change bootcamps, where he honed a talent for bringing order to the chaos that accompanies fast growth. In these hyper-growth companies, Sean built educational teams and operationalized educational quality control systems. His successful leadership resulted in average student satisfaction of nearly 95% despite the fast growth of the programs and enrollment. Simultaneously he led critical internal projects to improve company culture and success, including a rewrite of the Vision/Mission/Values, revitalization of company-wide meetings, and producing and launching successful podcasts on education.
Sean’s additional backgrounds in theater performance, media creation, and technology have become throughlines in his later work, contributing to his skills in presentation, speaking, collaboration, problem-solving, IT strategy and implementation, media production, mediation, management, and leadership.
