FAQs

How does Kinnective Advisors help organizations maintain alignment between their actions and their core mission and values, especially during periods of change or growth?

Kinnective Advisors sees Education and Experience Design, supported by Technology, as pillars for transforming company culture and driving both short-term and long-term growth. Here’s what makes us stand out:

Education is transformative. Cultivating relevant, actionable, and impactful learning experiences fosters a mindset of continuous improvement and an environment where innovation thrives.

An emotional, simple, and seamless brand experience, centered on your “why,” generates brand passion, long-lasting loyalty, and revenue growth.

The right technology smooths technical roadblocks, creates digital connective tissue, and allows people to focus on the humanity in every interaction.

We’re not here to hand over a binder full of “could-be’s” and leave. We embed ourselves in the very fabric of your team, ensuring that every engagement with us leaves a lasting blueprint for change. This isn’t about tweaking the edges; it’s about redefining the core.

What are the key beliefs or principles that Kinnective Advisors itself will adhere to, no matter how much it grows?

We believe in the potential for everyone to grow and improve.

We believe culture drives tangible business results.

We believe great culture is built on a foundation of education and experience design, with technology as a connective tissue between it all.

We believe in clear and transparent communications.

We believe in the power of trust.

We believe your company can live its essence.

Regarding the belief in everyone’s potential to grow and improve, how does Kinnective Advisors plan to embody this principle within its own team and culture as the company starts working with clients?

We approach every client from a standpoint of inquiry. We learn as much as possible about their needs, their culture, their team, their organization, and their technology in order to embed ourselves and propose meaningful change.

Within our own team, we are honest and transparent with each other as our organization grows. We trust and believe in each other. As we grow our team, we’ll maintain and nurture our shared values.

What are the initial steps or processes Kinnective Advisors will use to deeply understand a new client’s current culture and operations?

An ideal engagement starts with a priority analysis. During this period we learn all we can about the company and its culture. The exact plan depends on the needs of the client, but could include stakeholder interviews, product inventory, analysis of HR or training experiences, analysis of customer journeys, analysis of employee experiences, analysis of technology, analysis of the brand itself, or other deep dives that will help us understand and plan the best possible engagement and value for our client.

How does Kinnective Advisors prioritize the findings from the initial analysis to decide which areas to address first?

We analyze the results and separate the findings into levels of priority and impact. Then we create a strategic plan for our engagement at different levels of coverage and cost. Our focuses might be on product enhancements, organization structural planning, fundraising, creation of additional revenue streams, enhancement of HR and training procedures, creation and dissemination of SOPs, or whatever else we determine the client needs based on our analysis.

How does Kinnective Advisors ensure that the recommendations made align not just with the client’s immediate needs but also support their long-term goals and vision?

It’s done case-by-case, based on the learning we do with the client. We try to scaffold our work with the client: learn, then plan and execute, then continue to learn more, and repeat.

We also offer multiple levels of engagement, a good/better/best approach. The “good” approach would get the client meaningful value and return on investment in targeted needs and topics. The “best” approach would be a longer-term and deeper engagement that would result in broader improvements across the whole organization.

How does Kinnective Advisors measure success, particularly in the ‘best’ approach where changes are broader and more deeply integrated into the organization?

It will depend again on the client needs and the nature of the project. But in general we’ll take both a qualitative and quantitative approach to measuring our impact. These could involve before/after experience surveys (CSAT, Customer Effort Scores, or others), interviews, measurements of ROI and productivity before/after intervention, measurements of cost reductions based on our work, case studies, and testimonials.

What if I’m not satisfied with the result?

We’re pretty sure you’ll not just be satisfied, but thrilled. If you’re not, we’ll work until you are, or we’ll figure out with you how to make things right.
